Joining
Creating an account and submitting an application begins the membership process. After email verification, the board reviews the complete application within 30 days. Membership requires board approval under the statute.
Free introductory period and dues
No dues or card details are required during the first recruitment phase. Members will be notified before paid membership begins. Planned dues are PLN 25 monthly or PLN 250 annually. The annual amount equals ten monthly payments, averaging PLN 20.83 per month. Binding rates are set by the board.
Payments
Approved members activate payments themselves. Card subscriptions renew monthly or annually. One-off payments cover the selected period without automatic renewal. BLIK and Przelewy24 are one-off methods in this integration. Available methods are displayed by the payment provider.
Packages and referrals
Membership dues do not include Medicover packages. Packages require an active agreement and published terms. During an active promotion, three different paid referrals earn one free month. Programme terms and status appear in your account.
Resignation, complaints and refunds
Submit resignation in your account. The board confirms your membership end date. Cancelling subscription renewal prevents future charges. Contact the team about payment complaints. Detailed refund, complaint and notice terms require board approval before paid membership launches.
