Who can join Fly High?
People who want to stay active and take part in a community. Submit an application, accept the statute and verify your email. The board will decide within 30 days. Legal entities may become supporting members.
How much are membership dues?
Membership is free during recruitment. Paid-stage dues are PLN 25.00 per month or PLN 250.00 per year. Choose your plan in your account.
Can I pay for a whole year?
Yes. Annual dues are PLN 250.00. The average is PLN 20.83 per month.
How do I access Medicover Sport?
We are preparing packages for members. Offers, prices and enrolment dates will be available in your account after the partnership starts. Membership dues do not include the package price.
When can I enrol in a package?
Enrolment windows and the monthly schedule will be published in your account when the service launches.
Does a package activate immediately?
The planned model provides group activation from the start of the following month after payments and enrolment lists are processed. Final dates will be confirmed in your account.
How much do packages cost, and can prices change?
Prices depend on the signed agreement and selected package. We will publish the offer in your account and notify you in advance of changes.
Can I enrol a companion or child?
We plan to offer this subject to the provider’s terms. Companion and child enrolment conditions will be published in your account.
Are there visit limits for FIT&MORE?
Limits depend on the package, facility and provider’s current rules. Review the terms before choosing your package.
What are Junior, Active and Master ranks?
Junior covers the first 6 months, Active starts after 6 months, and Master after 2 years. See your progress in your account. Rank does not change your legal membership type.
How does the referral programme work?
While the promotion is active, share your code or link. Three different referred people who pay their first dues earn you one free month. The board may pause the programme; its status is shown in your account.
Why does the application ask for a PESEL number?
Section 17(2) of the supplied statute specifies the application data. If you do not have a PESEL, provide an identity document number and citizenship. The number is encrypted and excluded from the community profile.
What if I have trouble enrolling in a package?
Check that your email and phone match your enrolment details, then contact the team using the contact form for help with the next steps.
How can I resign?
Open Documents in your account and submit a resignation request. The board will confirm the membership end date. An active subscription will stop renewing after the paid period.
